Transformation - we foster a profound, lasting change, and fundamental shift in mindset and behavior, leading to significant growth.
Accountability - we take responsibility for our actions, decision, and outcomes. In our community, we share our goals, successes, and achievements and support and cheer each other on.
Lab - in our community, we encourage experience (experiments) and know that the lessons we gain from our failures are better than never trying.

Ancient wisdom - the collective knowledge, insights, teachings, and practices from earlier civilizations and cultures. Ancient wisdom provides insights and guidance for personal growth, social harmony, and spiritual development.
Modern coaching - the personalized and collaborative approach to helping LGBTQ+ individuals achieve their goals, improve performance, and experience personal growth through guidance, support, and feedback, using questioning, active listening, goal-setting, and action-planning techniques.

Come Alive. Stay Alive. is a soul-centered community for LGBTQ+ empowerment and transformation.
We offer monthly training, discussion forums, personal development tips, techniques, and strategies to experience growth and transformation in their lives.
Membership is $66 quarterly or $240 yearly.

sUUstenance Sundays
Sunday programming and nourishment for the LGBTQ+ soul.
Join us for 15-30 minutes of discussions, music, poetry, prayer, or short sermons each Sunday and continue the conversation during the week within this community.
sUUstenance Sundays are free of charge.
Our gathering is a spiritually diverse place for LGBTQ+ people.

Coaching
Angeline is a certified life coach helping LGBTQ+ folks create a life of purpose and joy. She uses her lived experiences with homophobia, and hate crimes, as a lesbian who grew up in Jamaica in a Christian Brethren family and LGBTQ activism to support her LGBTQ+ clients.
Her coaching approach is (1) Help others create conditions to develop their best life, (2) Attend to the inner world of the client while being aware of the pressures of the outside world, (3) Assist clients in setting norms and values important to them, (4) Facilitate the client’s reclaiming of their true self, (5) emotional-CPR, (6) Curiosity

Spiritual Companioning
Angeline is a Unitarian Universalist minister a liberal, spiritually diverse community.
She uses her ministerial training to support others in connecting to their inner lives, higher power, or spiritual life. As a companion, Angeline listens to you and is with you as you face the challenges of daily life. She helps you identify resources you already have within that will help you.
She welcomes all LGBTQ+ people regardless of religion or spiritual belief.
